Lots of customization options for the widget (multiple colors to match your brand, modal option if you don’t want a sticky side tab). Straightforward set up for both the widget installation and the Intercom integration (much less painful than what I was expecting\!). Fantastic customer service — Alexandra promptly guided us when we ran into a few issues. The team in general is also very responsive to feedback and feature requests. They’re proactive about continuously improving Acute and making sure that you’re getting enough value out of the product. This really changes how we prioritize things and takes the guess work out of organizing the product roadmap. We also like the Intercom integration, it makes it seamless to collect user feedback from the Intercom widget as well as conversations with users. Finally, the team is hardworking as proven by all the new update every now and then, and the support is responsive and open to suggestions and feature requests. > > **Cons**: I can't think of anything deal breaking.
