Läuft auf einem externen System und belegt keine eigenen Ressourcen (Speicher, Service). 
Sehr guter Service auch im Bezug auf Anpassungs,- Erweiterungs,- und Optimierungswünsche.

> **Cons**: Nachteil: Was vorher als Vorteil beschrieben wurde, ist bei Netzwerkausfall ein Nachteil da das Programm dann nicht zur Verfügung steht. Währe aber auch der Fall wenn es auf unseren Konzernservern installiert worden währe.

Es wird kein Mitarbeiter mehr vergessen zu unterweisen.
Präsenzschulungen können auch erfasst werden, die Lernerfolgskontrollen erfolgen über das System und werden automatisch ausgewertet.
Ich kann auch Mitarbeitergespräche als Sofortunterweisung zuweisen und rechtssicher dokumentieren.

> **Cons**: Bei den Unterweisungsinhalten von Domeba wäre es wünschenswert eine Lernerfolgskontrolle mitgeliefert zu bekommen.

> **Pros**: Die Übersichtlichkeit für den normalen Nutzer ist sehr gut. Für Mitarbeiter mit besonderen Berechtigungen ist etwas umfangreicher, aber auch schnell zu bergreifen.

> **Cons**: Beim Ausdruck einer Gefährdungsbeurteilung fehlen gemachte Angaben, hier ist immer eine Erklärung der einzelnen GBUs gegenüber BG, Gewerbeaufsicht oder Auditor nötig.

> Gut, einige Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden. Das Team von Domeba nimmt allerdings alle Anregungen und prüft die Umsetzung, es werden aber nicht immer alle Verbesserungsvorschläge in den Standard übernommen.
