> **Pros**: The software is good at doing what it is supposed be, that that is for granting and revoking access to physical sites and systems, specially surrounding our NERC systems. It has allowed us to stay violation free for the most part.
> 
> **Cons**: The reporting tool (Jaspersoft) that is supplied with the application is horrible. It is cumbersome to use when creating anything. The lack of functionality to move items from one environment to another (Dev to Prd for example) is archaic.
> 
> Overall, it has allowed us to meet NERC compliance. Now that we are experienced with the tool and it's nuances, we are able to use it for all of our access needs.
