> **Pros**: The software keeps us on track .   From the sale to the final bill we are able to track the job status.
> 
> **Cons**: Once you have set up parts or inventory you can not delete groups of products .  We change products and manufacturers annually.
The occasional  down times can affect the daily operations.

> As mentioned above we do not miss billing customers.

> **Pros**: Nothing - never able to get support to get it working after trying to pay to get more support.

> **Cons**: No customer support and unable to get software program to work. Customer support never got back with us for 2 months.
> 
> We feel that we are a victim of false advertising. When signing up with this company we were told that the program was easy to use and that they had outstanding customer service.  Their customer service support is completely lacking/non-existent. We were never able to fully utilize the program because, after repeatedly reaching out, nobody ever got back to us. Save your money and do not use this company.
