The assessment session could be improved. Overwriting designation in bulk could be helpful. Back dating of training calendar would also be helpful.

To begin with, The Team that approached us was very professional and gave us complete guidance on the solution we were looking for. The platform is very dynamic and also user friendly at the same time, The tool has good offerings, and we are exploring what suits our business.

Cons:

Nothing in specific, But I would recommend more visualization on the dashboard page giving us insights and classifications

Pros:

Easy accessibility and navigations. Can learn at one's own speed as there are features added like - Video speed of 1.25x and 1.75x. Speed adjustability of the videos is perfectly based on the requirements. Support and resolution to all/any the issue is the fastest. Customization is simpler to make in the aspect of necessary changes to do being an admin. Sequencing of the subjects enables in prioritizing and reshuffling them multiple times as per the requirements (with trainer, manager and admin level logins). Integration of third party tools and integration of E-books in specific is easy too, as we have done the same with Wiley Publishers

Every feature so far has been very convenient and easy-to-go, making AlphaLearn a go-to option

Role switch option not available eg:- trainee cannot be switched to trainer direct from portal
