> **Pros**: It has been used in many establishments hence many people are familiar with it meaning sometimes you dont have to train them from scratch. Affordable. The service provided is pretty complete. Customer service is always available

> **Cons**: Cannot make subrecipe. My restaurant use all sauce from scratch and some sauces are used in several dishes, imagine to put every single ingredients and its quantities in every dish recipes?
