> **Pros**: OmniStar has a rich feature set that can be customised for each clients requirements and needs. This allows flexibility in the product to scale to meet the needs of each client.

> **Cons**: There are a few possible ways in which the workflow can break if the steps are not followed or a product feature is incorrectly used.  Functions that are not specific to the client should be 'disabled' to avoid breaking the client-specific workflow.
