The campaign was simple but the energy and what they were presenting was so cool at that time. It is simple to use, optimizes SEO, Wireframe view and visual editor is well organised, the out of the box templates are great starting point and the new AI feature that is recently added does a okay job but it is getting better I must say\! > > **Cons**: While they do their best, Divi adds more load to the websites with libraries, extensions and modules etc. The recent one has cut down on a lot of unnecessary stuff, but it still adds a lot of things that might not be necessary. > > Divi has never disappointed me\! It works and cuts down my time to build websites with premade templates and community layouts etc. They also have a market place where they sell themes, plugins and layouts etc. I purchased a lifetime license and it has been serving me well over the years. ----- ### "good builder" — 5.0/5 > **Josefine** | *5 March 2025* | E-Learning | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: super easy to use\! I, with no previous experience in web design, have been able to build a perfect site, will all functionality, using divi. Also, support is freaking awesome\! and, documentation comes in video and text format, which I love. > > **Cons**: nothing, really. I mean, there was a learning curve. A bit hard to grasp in the beginning, but its a pretty complex builder so understandable. > > Divi is like that best friend who is always there for me when i tearing my hair trying to create the web site of my dreams. ----- ### "Love Divi - Great design and great support." — 5.0/5 > **Paul** | *15 June 2025* | Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Great theme also in general for design. Furthermore, Fantastic support such as with \[sensitive content hidden\] and colleagues. > > **Cons**: I am very happy with it so I can't write something I don't like as the price I am happy with, the support is great, and the features are great. > > I find Divi very intuitive and you can design lovely sights with it. Also, the few times I got stuck the support was excellent. ----- ### "There's a Reason It's a Top Wordpress Theme/Builder" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *4 May 2026* | Financial Services Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I've used them for many years, especially with content-rich sites where templating and information architecture are crucial. Divi lets me get things how I want them to look (including optimizing for responsiveness across different device sizes), and all without having to install a bunch of plugins or add custom code. > > **Cons**: I'm more familiar with Divi 4; Divi 5 is taking some getting used to. But that's where support has been really helpful > > Divi offers a convenient all-in-one solution and great customer support. They are my go-to for building a custom look without the custom code. ----- ### "Divi is useful, but Divi AI was not worth it for us" — 1.0/5 > **Kevin** | *31 August 2026* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: We do like Divi itself. The core Divi product has been useful for website work, and this review is not meant as a criticism of the main Divi builder/theme overall. > > **Cons**: Our issue is specifically with Divi AI. We purchased Divi AI for $99 on July 9, 2026 and found that it repeatedly failed to follow prompts or instructions and did not produce usable results for our website work. We tried using clearer prompts and even used ChatGPT and Claude to help refine instructions, but Divi AI still did not perform well for our needs. After we canceled renewal and asked Elegant Themes for a refund, account credit, or other reasonable remedy, they refused because the request was outside their 30-day refund policy and said they do not offer prorated refunds. > > Overall, we still like Divi itself, but we would not recommend purchasing Divi AI unless you test it thoroughly within the refund period. In our experience, Divi AI did not work as advertised for our use case, and once the 30-day refund window had passed, Elegant Themes would not offer a refund, credit, or prorated resolution. ----- Page: 1 / 48\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.in/software/201958/divi?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.in/software/201958/divi) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
