> **Pros**: Validity of the tool and the detailed analysis and report that accompany the results.

> **Cons**: Complexity - in some elements, for example, the confrontation tool demands quite a bit of concentration to grasp the meaning.

> The E-Scan tool is like a mirror that reflects your profile related directly to entrepreneurial competencies. This mirror is quite accurate, and you can use it to see how you could develop your quality to achieve your entrepreneurial ambition, either as a startup or a business coach. It will not instantly make you a successful entrepreneur or a good coach but it will provide you with an honest path to your goal.

I am an educator and we will be using this tool to coach our students. Having completed the full E-Scan coach training, I am on the path to embed the tool in training our students to become a successful startup.
