> **Pros**: Definitely the most positive thing I can say about Minelead, is how amazing and easy it is to use. It is amazing, fast, efficient and proactive. Another thing I adore about the software is that it has a chrome extension, which is awesome for me because it is the engine I use the most. Lead generation is easier than ever thanks to Minelead.

> **Cons**: I do not have any cons to say. I am a very happy customer and I expect the software to continue to improve.

> **Pros**: The thing that I liked the most is that it is simple to use. You just need to enter the Website URL and you will get all the email addresses associated with it. It also has a chrome extension which you can install and then visit the Company website for which you want to find the email address and click on the Minelead icon and you will get the email addresses.It makes the lead generation easy.

> **Cons**: It has served its purpose well. I did not find any challenge while using it.

> **Cons**: bad customer support, extremely buggy \& credits disappear. they attempted charging my card large amounts randomly even though i was on the lowest tier monthly plan and reached out to support multiple times to ask them to stop this.
