> **Pros**: The automation features are a game-changer. Our tracking operations have had a significant reduction in manual labor. Product is overall very was to use and the team learned it fast. The integration was initially challenging but the Chaine team gave us confidence throughout the process and led to a sucessful implementation.

> **Cons**: It is a little pricey but definitely worth the ROI. We would be hiring several dispatchers to do the work done by the software. Integration was challenging at first but now working seamlessly.
