> **Cons**: It’s always loading, and sometimes it crashes the program. I also noticed that when there’s a lot of data in Hoppier, it begins to reload slowly and the system becomes sluggish.

> I’ve been using Hoppier through Atlassian for a few years now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The software is super user-friendly and easy to navigate, and their customer support has always been 100% reliable — they’re quick to help and really dependable.

The only issue I’ve noticed is that sometimes the platform takes a while to load, especially when reloading cards or when there’s a lot of data. It can slow things down a bit. I’m hoping future updates will make the loading and reloading process faster and smoother.

Other than that, I’m really happy with Hoppier. It’s been a great tool, and I appreciate how consistently helpful the team has been.
