With tags, I don’t have to worry about how to classify the terms. As a translator, my mission is to facilitate the transmission of knowledge. I love focus and zen mode. Being able to look at the text side by side, in paragraph mode, or by clause is wonderful. It's also super easy to reorganize your document in case the parsing is off. I also like that I can color organize your projects for each phase, such as whether I'm still translating or proofreading, or waiting for payment on an invoice for your project. It makes keeping track of things so much more organized all in one location. I like being able to look at translation and proofreading progress too. You can also link up your project with your client if you need them to check on something or collaborate with another translator. I like that their service support is swift. I don't have to open a ticket forever and a day to get a response. I don't have to go searching through pages and pages of manual or tutorial notes or videos to find a vague answer. Another little point is that the word count is based on the target text, not the source text, which doesn't always apply to the customs that the clients in my market would adapt. In my country, only the book translation rate is counted in the target source. For other types of translation assignments, the rate is calculated in the source text. If you are in the same situation, that's the point you need to bear in mind.
