The "software as a service" environment creates dependency from Sales Force with very little control of license fee increases. > > We solved the basic needs of our business to gather information to be able to forecast the immediate future revenues (e.g., 2 to 5 months) and be able to make the necessary business adjustments (e.g., new offerings, discounts, or institute new programs) to meet or exceed our Plan/Budget revenue. On top of the above we were able to capture enough valuable information allowing us to measure our unique set of KPI's. Reporting on the system is also another plus.
