> **Pros**: Here are a few key points that make my life much easier with Alfred.

1. It saves you time and money by helping your borrowers quickly access their loans online.
2. It provides us with a dashboard to manage payments and disbursements.
3. It automatically generates compliance loan and tax documents.
4. It automatically sends the borrowers monthly statements.
5. It tracks each borrower’s repayment status.
6. It automatically sends late payment notices.
7. It sends notices when overdue payments are received.
8. It automates all loan documents, including promissory notes, loan agreements, and information on loans.

> **Cons**: I feel like it is thought as a financial software and although it does the job, hiring some proper UX and UI designers to make it pleasant to use would allow the company to think about pivoting directly to consumers with new loan management products.
