> **Pros**: The only CMS that I have used where it actually saves us time and effort over what we were doing before, while also doing it more effectively. The repository helps keep us organized and able to track things like renewal dates without having to fill out endless forms to input metadata. Aerofiler auto detects metadata but even where we need to manually enter it, the interface makes it so easy.

Setup was a breeze, and migrating the hundreds of documents we were previously storing in Box literally took a single drag and drop action, and a few minutes for the files to upload.

Aerofiler started as a contract repository, which is what we bought them for. However, they have since added support for managing other phases of the contract lifecycle, like contract generation, approvals and signing, which was a nice bonus. Very happy with this software.
