> **Pros**: MyForecast is just an amazingly well done tool. It offers everything you may need to implement your sales strategy. For a revenue manager this is a life saving software that will really help to make things easy.
I really appreciate the fact that you may choose a particular price for a select or a single category of room. This feature actually made me want to try MyFc and since then I just couldn't picture myself using another tool. It is also very specific and insightful when analyzing data. You may choose to look at statistics per source, per typology of room and more importantly to detect a reliable pick-up. Surely, the staff is amazing as well. They really go their way out in order to help you.

> **Pros**: Strumento in cloud, quindi versatile e consultabile dovunque. Creato per i Revenue Manager quindi è uno strumento di lavoro già molto evoluto di per sè, poi i continui aggiornamenti lo rendono sempre aggiornato e perfezionato, anche nella user experience (il ché non è da sottovalutare, visto che spesso questo è un aspetto tralasciato). L'assistenza è velocissima e da' anche la possibilità di confrontarsi con chi lo strumento lo usa a 360° ogni giorno. Per un hotel manager che non si può dedicare solo al RM, è la certezza di uno strumento professionale ed affidabile, ma di facile uso.

> **Pros**: The software is very intuitive with easy to use interface. The main KPI are easy to read and helpful for a quick understanding of data. it gave me the possibility to work with three different hotels with different targets and different price strategies. Thanks to this software the revenue has increased over the past five years. Through the available tools the team is able to analyze the data in a deeper way. A key feature is the daily upload of data directly from the PMS and the elaboration of the analysis is in real time. Thanks to Pick Up function it is very difficult to make an incorrect forecast. This software saves time that the revenue manager  can dedicate to other important aspects of the sales. The customer support team is always available, ready to help and friendly both during training and in assistance.

> **Pros**: Utilizzo MyForecast da qualche anno e posso dire che si tratta di uno strumento evoluto e all’avanguardia grazie all’immediatezza e completezza dei dati che restituisce. Permette una visione a larga scala di tutti i dati passati e futuri dell’hotel rendendo in una precisa e attenta gestione delle tariffe. Supporta a pieno l’operatività strategica della struttura. Lo considero come una vera e propria svolta per il Revenue Management alberghiero. Da quando utilizzo MyForecast ho migliorato notevolmente tutti i KPI’s di riferimento. Penso sia di fondamentale importanza implementarlo in un approccio integrato, dandogli la possibilità di rappresentare un solido cambiamento nella realtà della gestione tariffaria e di revenue per il settore ricettivo. Lo definirei uno software straordinario\!

> **Pros**: Ottima funzionalità e facilità nella lettura dei dati statistici. Pick up giornalieri completi di descrizione (segmento di mercato e fatturato). Il confronto su base giornaliera rispetto all'anno precedente è molto chiaro per una elaborazione veloce della tariffa. In generale uno strumento secondo me molto utile e con ottime prospettive.

> **Cons**: I blocchi del Server che a volte rallentano i processi del cambio tariffa o non permettono l'import del file csv.

> Esperienza molto positiva e sicuramente non penserei di lasciare My Forecast come strumento di tariffazione ma cercherei di implementarlo, per esempio aggiungendo una colonna con il Pick Up calcolato dall'ultima modifica tariffaria, quindi non solo quello giornaliero.
