> **Pros**: Like the feature that my staff can room the patient before the visit and hand off the patient to me and log back in and out of the visit.  Also like the feature that patient can attach a document to the platform so I can see a medical record at point of care. The new feature that permits texting a link for patients to hop on to the exam room is useful. Customer service for problems has been excellent.

> **Cons**: Some patients cannot navigate the platform especially older patients. I am not sure there is a technical solution for these patients which we have found cannot connect with other platforms either.  It would be useful to have some way the site could caution a patient about slow internet speed if applicable as patients who try to do a tele-medicine visit from their car do not understand that the platform won't work smoothly with simple phone internet connection.

> Our practice of 9 providers has been using ExamMed before Covid with occasional visit and now for 90% of our visits since Covid and the transition for us was smooth as can be expected with measurable improvements seen in the platform since Covid.
