Et le service client ne rembourse pas et vous dit que le problème a été remonté sauf qu’après 3 mois d’attente et plusieurs relances pas de résolution ni de remboursement

> **Cons**: J’ai prévenu à plusieur reprise de l’irrespect qu’il font face à un client qui subit des beug de leur propre logiciel. J’ai pas été rembourser et pas de proposition commerciale non plus pour résoudre ce problème

> Je suis très déçu après plusieurs années à travail et avec vous et de découvrir que vous êtes là que quand tout vas bien et pour encaisser mais quand il faut assurer votre propre erreur votre solution est de faire balader votre client pendant des mois . 
Pour tout ceux qui son intéresse j’ai toutes les captures d’écran ( preuve ) de leur gestion de client et du problème de logiciels
