I use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and I can search and add contact information from the extension. I also scrape a lot of data from various websites and can perform bulk uploads quickly. This makes my recruitment marketing so much easier, because I can export the lists and upload it to my applicant tracking system. I then send SMS and emails to candidates. The real value of this tool is reducing time to hire in the recruitment process and speeding up sourcing. I consider this tool to be very cost effective as well. In one placement you will earn far more than the annual cost of this tool. Comparable tools cost more and aren't nearly as accurate.
