> **Pros**: I love how Gateway instantaneously receives information from VBA Software...no overnight batching.  Also nice to have portals available for the Group, Member, Broker and Provider.

> **Cons**: Still more functionality to build out within Gateway to help drive more usage to the member portal, such as claim integration with VBA software.
> 
> So far this has been very positive.  As we come across opportunities to improve, VBA has been open to discussing and reviewing those changes as needed.   Some, of course, for a development fee.
