> **Pros**: The tools for making our budget helps streamline the budgeting process and makes following our financial outcome vs our budget easier.

> **Cons**: We use Konstrukt mostly to make our budget. And since most users only make the budget once per year it's often time consuming initially, when we re-familiarize ourselves with the tools.

> Very good. We've moved to a better budgeting process, where it's easier for each department to follow our budgeting guidelines.

Lack of more refined planning functionalities such as "Decrease average salary by 1% for all cost centers for September-December", these would greatly save time when needing to handle hundreds of cost centers.
