> **Pros**: Cost vs. benefit and simplicity of use with a professional support service 24x7.  UTMstack company has its own SOC that will assist our internal team in mitigating the attacks.  The interface for security incident investigation is useful and straightforward to obtain the security incident data fast. It also makes it easy to create the incident reports.

> **Cons**: I would like that UTMstack includes a tool to create the incident report based on templates in almost, an automatic manner.
> 
> It allows our HIPAA rule-based company's SOC team to monitor our environment and manage security incidents efficiently and adequately.  Detection and Reporting, Triage and Analysis, Containment and Neutralization are efficient and straightforward using UTMstack tools.
This tool reduces the time and resources the company needs to allocate to mitigate the attacks.
