Now, it is an almost automatic process, with all the information much more organized and better designed in the collection plan. It improved the financial flow by having more detailed and better structured information.

> **Pros**: Easy to implement, and to use. We are three users, not all of them are digital natives, but everyone found it very easy to use.
The homepage summarizes perfectly the financial situation of the company: paid, due and pending invoices, and payment delay.  moreover, you can connect your bank and the payments are automatically associated with the invoices.
Last but not least: the customer service is very friendly and responsive

Iwould like some more features : the ability to customize dunning dates for certain customers, the ability to suspend and resume dunning for all invoices.
