> **Pros**: Very easy to use and really do enjoy the scheduling system as it keeps our team square on time slots and ensures our contractors are on time.  The contractor has to choose the time slot that we provided.  We can also reschedule and postpone the inspection and our team uses the software to pass and fail.  Everything is geotagged.
> 
> **Cons**: Not much to report on what our company did not like as not buggy at all.
> 
> Customer service is excellent and we also integrated with our current permit software that is very useful.
