> **Pros**: Tiene una interfaz bastante friendly. Además la posibilidad de customizar en imagen las evaluaciones/encuestas hace que resulten mucho mas atractivas a la hora de completarlas. También el servicio de soporte al que puedes acceder es muy útil y por ultimo la inclusión de IA era una mejora necesaria que han incorporado.

> **Cons**: Echo en falta poder tener una visión global tanto de puestos como de personas y que no esté necesariamente desligado. Seria muy útil poder ver un organigrama de la compañía, una imagen, desplegable al nivel de detalle que fuera necesario, me sorprende que esto no lo tiene. También echo en falta que, en las evaluaciones, no haya un resumen de fortalezas y áreas de mejora a nivel global en la compañía.

> Me parece una herramienta bastante completa. Ha ido mejorando con el tiempo, la inclusión de la IA ha sido y acierto y tiene un servicio de atención bastante bueno y cercano, lo cual valoramos muchísimo porque, como siempre, en recursos humanos el tiempo siempre es muy limitado.
