I am usually using We360.ai to monitor and control all the work I delegate to freelancing work. The time tracking tool from We360.ai is very helpful for me as it has helped me know where my team’s time is getting wasted. I can easily identify the weak links in my work and was able to ultimately save a lot of my time. Application tracking of we360.ai also proved to be very useful as I was able to identify anomalous application my employees were using. That also is not friendly .. you cannot EXPAND and Navigate and move to next page It also does not gives any alert on low attendance and productivity. Something you can see is screen and guess yourself Manual work is more on collating the attendance of all employees. Threat to individual Privacy > > **Cons**: 1-They have upgraded the version but not willing to provide support on installation and fixing the issue 2- There customer support response system is so worst that for 4 to 5 days they will not revert . and by the time you will forgot the issue 3- every time new CSE will come and you have narrate the story like Ramayan and Mahabharat again and again 4- The CSE do not care about the customer they are very rude . For them nothing matters even if they loose a customer 5- There is no proper Escalation Matrix . If you are prepaid customer and paid for whole year your Life is done. You can not ask them any thing. We are the customer for 2 + yrs now 6. Every month one new person will send a email. You cannot track who will address the issue to. You can imagine for one our employee we are paying him salary only based on assumption that he is working Half the time it Log-out issue Half the time screenshot or Snapshot not captured properly et.c > > I would says Worst is a very small word to describe. There is no proper person to reach out. the CSE are not able to understand things and give a proper solution. For over 3 months our employee is not able to login and use the attendance . Every month we are paying him salary on assumption. You can understand how worst is the situation. And when ever we try to reach out People we are not willing to understand the situation and give solution. But they keep talking like a parrot and are not willing to resolve the issue. In my todays call - one of the Customer Support Executive \[sensitive content hidden\] told me if you are not liking our product you can go with the competitor product. We don't care . We360 are like this people only. I think the \[sensitive content hidden\] is managing things with freshers and people who have no customer service experience.
