Includes accounting, quoting, quality, production, sales, customer service and some high-level executive overview items. > > **Cons**: Has a steep learning curve and most basic computer literacy skills rarely translate into this system (e.g. wildcard search is a "%" symbol instead of an asterisk "\*", or when running a report you must click a "display" button instead of "run", etc.). The layout is cumbersome and defaults to show you ALL features right off the bat - which causes initial information overload. I'm sure the new Cloud version has updated the layout to a more modern aesthetic, however after reviewing the drawback of that version we have decided to stay on our On-Prem version 7.51 until another ERP solution is identified. > > Have used Made2Manage (M2M) for approximately 20 years at our manufacturing facility. This doesn't mean that we're happy with it, but it would be a daunting task to move to a different ERP. We have learned to work with it on the things that we need, but do many things outside of M2M - mostly with Excel.
