> **Pros**: We have had late submissions to the Authorities prior to having Totum. Now we have reminders set up and sent directly from Totum.  This was very easy to do.
> 
> **Cons**: Where there are tasks that occur monthly, if we could have a feature to start and end each task on certain days (eg. for each month, task to start on 1st day of the month and end on 21st for due date 30th).  I find that  going into each individual task to enter the dates for reminders is time consuming. Perhaps there is something in place that I'm not aware of.
> 
> We now have a Compliance Team that are looking into our records and finding that we have not been totally compliant, either reports not submitted at all or late submissions.   All reminders are now being set up in Totum and the benefits are that reports are being submitted early or on time.

I particularly appreciate the very rapid online support and the readiness to engage personally on client questions, improvement initiatives, training, and resolving issues.

> **Cons**: Software has been developed over the years of my organisation's use, and users may not be familiar with the best way to use the software to its optimal extent. Totum supports ongoing training and communication to try to keep users up-to-date.
