> **Pros**: Get Things Done is a one-stop-shop for all our project management issues. It has helped us in reducing mail communication by 85% and has made it very easy to track our communications and move things faster.

Prioritizing the work is something very unique, it has helped us to focus on one activity at a time and increased productivity by almost 3 folds.
