> **Pros**: What I like about Tencia is that it is so easy to use and so intuitive to use. There are no surprises, no gotchas.
You make a mistake, Tencia tells you the mistake straight away. Otherwise you can correct it later. No penalties for being human. 

The email functionality and integration to other software products is a godsend. It just works
