> **Pros**: It has some features not offered by general dentistry software.

> **Cons**: 1.  Half of what the sales person told me at the AAOMS meeting was false.  2. Simple tasks take 2 to 3 times as many clicks as needed.  3.  The EHR is not integrated into the practice management software, you have to open it separately.  I asked why the poor design and the rep told me so they could sell an additional product to current users.  4. Hard to find anything, the opposite of user-friendly, you end up having to call the company just to remember how to generate a report.  5. Just had the latest version installed, more bugs on the new program than the old.  I spend about 3 weeks trying to iron things out with the company, they ended up reinstalling every computer and told me they didn't know why the software had not installed properly.  Functionality I had in the previous version continues not to work in the "new" version to this day. 6. I'm just getting started, but you get the idea.  After having about $30,0000 invested in this software I have made the decision to drop it and find something else.  That is why I am on this website.
