> **Pros**: The platform was very user friendly.  I did not get to the notarization process due to a issue with billing.
> 
> **Cons**: Customer service was just not helpful. During the onboarding process i selected two seats. I am the only Notary so i only needed one. No one could help me so I cancled my subscription to the platform.
> 
> Compared to other platforms super easy to use especially onboarding. To get in contact with someone who can help when you do have a problem is near impossible.
