> **Pros**: Support is awesome\! So far I’ve run into a couple of issues with getting up to speed using clouddefense but support is surprisingly quick to respond. For one of my issues I was able to hop on a zoom conference so they could walk me through part of the setup. I appreciate that they seem to actually care that I understand how their tool works.

> **Cons**: Price is a bit on the high side. Would like to see it be a bit more competitive down the road.

> Really impressed with their support and how proactive they were. Had a few issues when I first started using the tool but was able to get everything settled fairly quickly.
