> **Pros**: I like this software because it's part of WP and I like easily integrating new contacts into a database. I like the idea of integrating with MailChimp, etc.

> **Cons**: I really hate that I can't add custom fields, INCLUDING the question. For example, I would like to add a field:
What Courthouse is this case in? And then there would be three options, that I typed myself. Basically, this system has an ugly backend and no TRUE ability to add custom fields. That makes the software useless to me. It could have been great, but it turns out I can't use it at all. A total waste of money.
