> **Pros**: An extension enables a person to access the app more easily and quickly, and sometimes also have a sort of "quickview" of the situation involved.

> **Cons**: Not every browser has every extension and I wish they were all transferrable.

> I had a lot more extensions available on Chrome than I do on Edge or Firefox. I miss a lot of the buttons... It was easier to use that way. The awesome thing though is that I've noted each browser's "free store" that is made up mostly of extensions and themes, also offer to teach you how to create new ones and even possibly charge for them\! Pretty awesome way to school oneself\!

> **Pros**: The drill-down and visibility of all the plant parameters and outputs are key factors for us meaning we can get to the root cause of any issues and why they arose (Extensions is configured for power station SCADA analysis).   Extensions is robust, working reliably for 9 years now.  Flexibility is good allowing us to add new power stations easily as they come on line.

> **Cons**: We report on a lot of data and it's easy to get swamped.  You have to understand your data and its relationships and tailor the drill-down sequence accordingly.  We got this sorted quite quickly in reality.
