> **Pros**: This app has helped us track how much time is spent at each project, and the techs are able to upload photos and mark down any notes they have on the job which aids in billing for extras and adding details for service calls. I use the task list to assign jobs each day.

> **Cons**: If an employee creates a note, it stays on the date they create it and doesn’t track back to the project they were on.
> 
> We’re a small business, and Workyard has helped us to automate timecards and track details about the projects. With ps turned on we can also see where pur techs are and how long they spend at each location.

> We are extremely happy with the Workyard platform.  The trial period allowed us to completely navigate the features we were seeking.  The setup was easy to navigate.  Even if you aren't tech savvy, you can quickly learn how to use it effectively.
