We use Mapup for Toll APIs and we love what they have.

Integration was not difficult as the team provided us with the documentation and above all there are 3 different ways Tolls can be collected which at first my team and I were not sure how we will make it work but than we scheduled a call with Tollguru team and the problem was solved over one call.
