> **Pros**: La parte fondamentale del prodotto, per ciò che riguarda la mia azienda, è il report automatico a fine intervento che inoltro via email ai clienti così che possono avere un riscontro quando riceveranno la fattura. Ottima anche l'APP che permette di fare assistenza anche attraverso smartphone e/o tablet quando non si è in ufficio

> **Cons**: Aggiungerei in anagrafica la possibilità di abilitare l'invio automatico via email del rapporto di intervento a fine sessione attraverso un tasto invio se in anagrafica cliente presente email. Altra cosa importante è che in caso di ripresa intervento per cadute di linea o altro il programma dà la possibilità di selezionare tutti gli interventi ma sarebbe utile creare poi un report riepilogativo dettagliato con tutte le connessioni ora inizio, ora fine e durata e non un totale perchè così diventa di difficile lettura se non si aggiunge nei commenti cosa che rallenta l'attività
