Getting our account up and running and introducing it to our team was a simple process, and now they're self-sufficient in tracking their own give-back initiatives.

> **Cons**: An integration to Google Workspace's user directory would help manage user accounts without the need for a CSV, but this isn't really a problem for a smaller organization like us.
