The alert system is very useful. There are a variety of reports that are available. > > **Cons**: There is a lot of downtime and crashes. Fixes/improvements for bugs take months to correct. Customer Service is a hit or miss with the knowledge of helping users. > > There had been several times that MatrixCare was updating their whole program and it never went through. I have had to work overnight and weekends with all the downtime emergencies that staff would have. It was a monthly reoccurrence. Our organization is an Institute for Mental Disease, IMD, 2 smaller nursing homes and assisted livings. Our needs are diverse. Matrix can accommodate the different needs within the organization. We can customize observations, etc. I have given feed back to other organizations thinking about changing to Matrix. > > **Cons**: The piecemeal costs.
