It also comes with robust modules for deviations, CAPA, document control, and audits, all aligned with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11, which ensures audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

> **Cons**: What I liked least about Quality Forward is that its deep integration with ServiceNow can be a double-edged sword—if your organization isn’t already on ServiceNow, implementation can feel complex and costly. Also, while the no-code configuration is great, advanced customizations sometimes require ServiceNow expertise. Reporting is strong, but some users find the interface less intuitive compared to dedicated QMS platforms like TrackWise.

> **Cons**: -There is no strong trigger for quality events crossed extension dates&#10;-Finding users to assign tasks is  difficult. The users should be found with few word of the first name and should be really quick.

> Used for the first time at zentiva and comparing with Caliber QMS (used before) found more user friendly
