> **Pros**: Facilissimo da impostare e utilizzare, le funzioni di inserimento massivo facilitano parecchio le attività ripetitive (nel nostro caso, alcuni dipendenti sono su una sola attività per mesi, quindi non devono inserire le ore ogni giorno ma lo fanno direttamente una volta alla fine del mese).
L'app è molto utile per le approvazioni di ferie e permessi e per il controllo delle ore lavorate

> **Cons**: Oltre ai rapportini mensili (utilissimi), forse ci sono pochi report

> E' molto facile gestire e assegnare le attività ai dipendenti e la gestione delle ore lavorate non è più un incubo.
I dipendenti anche hanno trovato giovamento e abbiamo fatto sparire i cartellini

Tutte le funzioni necessarie con pochissimi click:
inserimento ore lavorate sui vari progetti, richieste di ferie e permessi, gestione malattie, buste paga sempre a portata di mano, integrazione con Microsoft teams

> **Cons**: Per ora nessuno, non ho avuto mai problemi

> Mi sono subito trovato a mio agio, utilizzo semplicissimo fin da subito.
Perfetta perché offre tutto quello che serve in un unico posto senza mille complicazioni
