The tracking of appointments was also helpful. I like the alerts for pre-billing scrub issues. > > **Cons**: The layout of the schedule (our Chiro sees up to 10 patients in a time slot which makes it hard to read/see on the calendar) did not look good or make it easy to schedule PT patients between providers. Too many clicks for billing and constantly having to check to make sure it was the correct case/provider/date as sometimes they would change automatically. Very poor Physical therapy note templates (not legal/defensible in court and very laborious to complete). > > It has potential but does have too many things that needs to be tweaked and while it is better for tracking and billing, however, is not appropriate in regards to use for Physical Therapy Purposes.
