> **Pros**: The integration with Mailchimp was easy and the amount of support we received from their team was comparable to none. It was my first time leading a similar project and the Appy team walked me through the process step by step and answered any and all questions I had.

I think if I had to pick a flaw, testing can be tricky because there's no real 'test feature' so you either have to tackle into your credit balance to test or contact the Appy team. However, I contacted the Appy team and they were able to help me with this. No complaints.

Sales reps were calling me to give me their spiel and when I explained our objective and asked if they could meet our needs, they'd have no clear answer. Although there are older competitors, appyReward is nonetheless one of the best options on the market of its kind, as it has specific elements that meet the vast majority of our needs. We went around the competition and none were up to the task. Our customers are delighted\!
