With Auto Librarian's capability to circulate e-resources, we are able to disseminate a single file to many patrons simultaneously. As Auto Librarian users, file incompatibility is no longer an issue. Auto Librarian has links to relevant readers such as Microsoft and adobe acrobat readers. I have customised the Event Calendar features to work as my library's marketing and promotional tool. Through this feature, I inform my patrons about the goings on of the library such as book fairs, opening time and other important events. Internet Research feature helps our library to meet the diverse information needs of the community. An example of this is when I asked if there was a Hold feature on our library software that could be used so I could keep track of popular books and who wanted to read it next. Within a short period of time I received a reply asking for more specific information regarding how it would be used. They then configured my system so that this feature could be added. It works perfectly and has been a game changer. This happens each time I contact them with a question. The cost is very reasonable for the quality of the program and tech support you receive. Just as an example, after asking if a particular report feature existed--the ability to identify checkouts by call number, like all the DVDs or children's books that have been checked out between a certain date--the creators considered the request and actually created the code that would allow such a report to be made. If that isn't awesome support, I don't know what is\! > > **Cons**: Our library is in a remote area and sometimes the internet does not work, so we are not always able to use AutoLibrarian Cloud.
