The reality is, it is an old software platform that requires an on-site server to function; They attempted to utilize the acquired SAAS program and said it would function the same way, however it never did. As a hard-installed (on-site) install, it is absolutely amazing. However it still needs drastic updates to it's overall platform and a rework of the entire backend. > > **Cons**: They refused to update their systems beyond the Windows 98 based platforms. It nolonger worked with 64bit systems, and required on-prem services. It is an old (while very efficient) product, and needs to be updated to a post year 2010 platform. > > I loved the reporting features it had; it worked amazing.
