Many of their jobs require so many hours of training to meet their job certification and OSHA guidelines. We chose Train Track because it allowed us to record 1.5 hours of training for a course as an example and this is critical for those outside audits we receiving when certifications are required. > > **Cons**: Most have our cons have turned into features offered in the software.
