Easy to use.
Easy to maintain data at one platform.
Mail merging is very easy.
Resume can be maintain  and search through Boolean strings.

### "Very aged User Interface and confusing options." — 2.0/5

> **Cons**: The UI is dated and old, still looks like a website from the 1990's.  Additionally, the errors pop up Hebrew, which for me is completely irrelevant since I do not speak Hebrew or read it.

Also the ability to not download multiple resumes simultaneously or filter by specific traits per candidates was not readily available.  Furthermore, I emailed Redmatch during my first week here and never got a response.  I only got a formal response when I requested a cancellation.

The new system we have considered is CHEAPER and more updated with the ability to PARSE resumes and utilize via MOBILE PHONE.
