> **Pros**: I like that it's a fairly simple installation and that training users on it has always been easy.  Users simply click Add, for instance, select the client and matter number and begin their time entry.  The downside is other providers seem to offer apps for phones and ipads, for instance, that allow attorneys to track time much easier or while they're on the go.  They key is not losing billable time obviously.  We happen to be a client hat only uses the "back end" version of Perfectlaw and I knwo some of these features have just started to be rolled out last year when considering the add on of the "front office".

> **Cons**: The user-friendliness of the software simply isn't there.  It has some of the features you'd want out of a billing system, however, it's far from easy to navigate and pleasant looking and friendly.

> **Pros**: There are several modules for different front and back office areas.  Although, I have to update between modules, this enables us to save money for those that we don't use\!

> **Cons**: The reporting was difficult to get used to.  I had to learn the programming and sequel. The staff though, helped me through it and I have redone 90% of our reports to be computer generated instead of pulling reports and then producing them in an additional program.

> The customer service rocks\!  They are always there to help and go above and beyond\!
